Prosis Pro is a mobile application operated as part of the AERA family of products and services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Prosis Pro app (“App”). AERA and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to the Prosis Pro mobile application on Android and iOS. It does not replace the AERA website privacy policy, which governs AERA websites and related web services (for example, contact forms, online purchases, newsletters, cookies, embedded content such as YouTube or Google Maps, and website analytics on those sites).
The App is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Prosis Pro is offered under the AERA brand. Account and subscription services for Prosis Pro may be provisioned through AERA or affiliated business systems operated by Parts Connect Inc. and its service providers. Information you provide in the App may be processed on servers operated by us or service providers acting on our behalf, consistent with this policy and applicable terms of use.
In line with AERA’s commitment to privacy, we do not sell your personal information. We do not use the Prosis Pro App to show third-party advertising or to use the Android Advertising ID for advertising purposes.
The App does not use website-style marketing cookies, behavioral advertising, or social media widgets inside the App. Cookie, pixel, and re-targeting practices described in the AERA website privacy policy apply to AERA websites, not to in-app data collection unless stated in this policy.
Profile and account details (such as name, email, username, and phone number), business or shop information where applicable, customer or job-related information entered in Shop Counter features, and messages you send when you contact support.
Technical and usage data, feature usage, in-app search queries sent to our servers, shop and customer data retrieved or entered through the App, worksheets or PDFs you view, and device or log data (device type, operating system, app version and similar identifiers).
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs, diagnostics, and device or installation-related identifiers to fix errors and improve stability. Google processes this data as our service provider. See the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data, show third-party ads in the App, or use the Android Advertising ID for advertising. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories such as health data or device contacts through the App unless we clearly disclose that in an updated version of this policy.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible. Crash and diagnostic data may be retained according to Firebase/Google retention settings and our internal policies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) for data sent between the App and our servers. You should access the App in a secure environment.
To request deletion of your Prosis Pro account and associated personal data, email support@partsconnect.us with the subject Prosis Pro – Delete my data and include the email address linked to your account.
We will process your request within 30 days, except where we must retain certain information for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes (for example, fraud prevention or compliance with law).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and change the “Updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
