Return window

ShopHub offers a 30-day return window on eligible unused items in original packaging.

How to start a return

• Open Orders in your account and select the order

• Submit a return request with a brief reason

• Our team will confirm pickup or drop-off instructions within 2 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Cash on delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
